Oil Paintings

I created oil paintings in my different art periods. This is traditional technique that is still superior. I love this technique; it is one of my favorites. I like this effect of traditionalism on oil on canvas artworks. It feels like recognizing some delicious spices from good old days. In fact, the best moment of our life is, without doubt, this particular moment, now. But, nostalgia is so cute. For me, painting in oil is like using a time machine. For some of my creative ideas this is very suitable. For example, idea that time is non-linear, and that I can reverse the time. But, I also use other artistic techniques.

Acrylic Paintings

I created acrylic paintings in some of my art phases. I like this technique for several reasons, and one of them is that I don’t have to wait for paint to dry to proceed with art work. The creative process can remain uninterrupted. Acrylics are great for flat textures that I paint. Another advantage is that they are diluted with water, a medium that is not so toxic like turpentine medium for oils. Although acrylics are water-based, once they are dry, they become water-resistant ad can not be removed from a canvas.

Landscape Paintings

Landscape paintings are significant part of my art work. Some are created in oil on canvas artistic technique and some are created as acrylics on canvas. I also love to explore this amazing motif in some other techniques, like watercolor, drawings. I got some very interesting results when I implemented this motif to my miniature art and miniature object.
